2. Are there any hidden or additional charges?
No, Only a shipping charge of $9.95 will be applied to orders which are under $99.00.
3. Are all American drugs available?
Due to different regulations in Canada and other countries, not all drugs available in the United States will be available through Fast Global Meds, but we may have a generic version of your drug available. In some cases we may recommend you to visit your local pharmacy.
4. What is the difference between brand-name drugs and generic drugs?
A generic drug is a medication for which the original manufacturer has lost its original patent protection and other drug manufacturers have produced the exact medication at a much lower price for the consumer. The generic drug is the exact same medication as the original brand name drug, and because of strict industry regulations enforced by the federal government these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name drug.

Information Required to have the order processed quickly:
6. How long will my order take to process and be in my hand?

8. Why are your prescription drug prices drastically lower than those in America?
For example, in Canada and many other countries, the prescription drug industry price is regulated by the Canadian federal government. The prices are kept at a more affordable level than in the United States. As well, with a low exchange rate for the Canadian dollar, you save even more.
9. Are the medications the same quality, quantity and potency as in the drugs in USA?
Canada, United States, and other "First World" countries have exceptionally high standards for the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. However, Canada, UK, and other countries may have different names, colors, and shapes for some medications. In all instances, they carry the same quality, quantity and potency as the brand name drug or generic drug. Interestingly in most cases, these pill attributes are manufactured at the same location but distributed accordingly to each country. (e.g. in Canada, the U.S. drug “Prilosec” is called “Losec” and is a pill rather than a capsule, even though it is the same drug made by the same manufacturer). Fast Global Meds will not send you a pharmaceutical product that does not have an approved version in your country of residence, and you must have been on the medication for at least 30 days prior to ordering.
10. Why can Fast Global Meds only fill a prescription for a maximum of 3 months?
Due to regulations put into place by the FDA for your safety, American citizens are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth of medication for personal use. Any amount above this 3 month limit is not considered "personal use". Once you place your initial order, we have your order on file, so your next order will be in your hands sooner.
11. Will you accept my insurance?
